Bengaluru: Year on year, rent is keeps on increasing atleast by 10-15%. But the total area space is not digestive for what we pay. Almost like 600-700sq.ft home costs 19k-25k rent. No parking for 4 wheeler. Very congested.
Bengaluru: I stayed in Bangalore in many houses. The advance amount is usually 10 months rent. While leaving the house, some owners delay in returning the advance amount. Many a times, i had to wait and get the money back which gives a pain!
mumbai: in rented house for more than 20 yrs, signed agreement with owner, in thane now, rent is 10000
mumbai: signed agreement, pay rent through bank so no need for receipt, in thane now, living in rented house since 2013, i always use agents to find a house.

mumbai: live in thane, no rental agreement, rent is low, only 6000 and relatives house is nearby. Whenever we change houses the gas agency people ask money to change to new address.
